Standard Clean
Our recurring service — weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Designed for clients who have already completed a First Time Clean and are ready to maintain that standard with Cincy Maid.

A comprehensive clean to prepare a home for the next chapter. Requires an empty home with no other trades working. Includes inside appliances, cabinets, and a full all-rooms deep pass.

The Standard Clean is our recurring maintenance visit — available weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. It’s designed for clients who have already completed a First Time Clean and are keeping up with their home on a regular schedule.
New client? First-time clients who haven’t had their home cleaned professionally within the last month will need to add the First Time Clean option in the Extras section at booking. Once that’s done, the Standard Clean is the perfect choice for ongoing service — and we can’t guarantee our level of quality without that initial deep clean.

First Time Clean
The First Time Clean is a more thorough visit that goes beyond our standard maintenance checklist. It covers everything in the Standard Clean plus door frames, window sills, baseboards, and furniture — giving our crew the time they need to bring your home to the high standard we’re known for.
When do you need this? Required for new clients, or for anyone who hasn’t had a professional cleaning in the past month. Select it as an Extra when booking. Once your home is at baseline, you’ll transition to Standard Cleans going forward.

Move In / Move Out
Our Move In/Move Out option delivers a thorough cleaning to prepare the home for you or the new family moving in. Inside appliances, all cabinets and drawers, and a full all-rooms pass are all included.
Before we arrive: Please ensure the home is empty and no other people (movers, tradespeople, etc.) are working in the space. We’ll need electricity and running water.
Heavily soiled homes: If the home is particularly dirty, we may need to add the First Time Clean service to allow our crew the time to complete their work thoroughly.
